Venus, dressed in a golden robe and blue mantle, reaches into a basket of flowers and looks up at a putto holding the end of a garland of flowers. The other end is held by two putti in the shadow behind Venus. Two putti carry a large basket of flowers, and in front a putti sits on a stone and looks behind. The surroundings are a park, behind Venus you can see shells and fountain sculptures. The theme breathes the spirit of French Rococo.
