Šimon se s technikou linorytu setkal poprvé a hodně si ji oblíbil. Jak práci s rydlem, tak vlastní tisk – nanášení tiskařské barvy na matrici válečkem i točení kolem u hlubotiskového lisu. Je vždy pozitivně naladěný, ve třídě moc rád vtipkuje.
