Exhibition of works of art will be exhibited in ALMA ANTIQUES, Prague 1. Valentinska No. 7 in 3rd October – 8th October 2020 every day from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Auction will take place on Thursday 8th October 
at 7:00 p.m. on

Basic information

  1. Items will be auctioned in numerical order as listed on

  2. The prices listed in livebid are starting prices which represent the lowest bid. 

  3. Damage due to regular wear and ageing is not specified. Auctioneer is not responsible for inaccuracies in the catalogue descriptions or the authenticity of the items in auction. In this sense the auctioneer can not provide any guarantee for the bidder.


  1. It is required that all individuals taking part in the auction keep to auction rules listed fully in the Czech language part of the catalogue. This translation includes main rules and basic auction information only.


  1. The items that are official considered ’cultural heritage‘ are marked and are subject to special regulations under CNC (tha Czech National Council) Act No. 20/1987 Coll. on Care and Conservation of State Cultural Heritage as applicable. These regulations also include restrictions in export of these itmes from the Czech Republic.


  1. The price in Euro are calculated according to the following rate:
    1 EUR = 26 CZK.



Auction notice of a public voluntary auction organised as a common sale
as stated in act No. 26/2000 Sb.

    ICO: 48 11 97 68, VALENTINUM, Auction house, is proud to announce a public voluntary auction as proposed by the owners of the items auctioned.
    The auction takes place on
    8th October 2020 at 7:00 p.m.


  1. Items to be auctioned all carry the following information: title,  author, dimensions, technique/material, the lowest bid, all of the information are on


  1. Items of auction will be called out
    by their auction numbers.

The value of knockdown bids is as follows:

  1. a)
    100,– CZK, when the set lowest bid is less than 2 000,– CZK


  1. b)
    200,– CZK, when the set lowest bid ranges between 2 000,– CZK
    and 5 000,– CZK;
  2. c)
    500,– CZK, when the set lowest bid
    ranges between 5 000,– CZK
    and 10 000,– CZK;
  3. d)
    1 000,– Kč, when the set lowest bid ranges between 10 000,– CZK and 40 000,– CZK;
  4. e)
    2 000,– Kč, when the set lowest bid ranges between 40 000,– CZK and
    100 000,– CZK;
  5. f)
    10 000,– CZK, when the set lowest bid ranges between 100 000,– CZK and 200 000,– CZK;
  6. g)
    20 000,– Kč, when the set lowest bid ranges between 200 000,– CZK and
    400 000,– CZK;
  7. h)
    50 000,– Kč, when the set lowest bid ranges between 400 000,– CZK and
    1 000 000,– CZK;
  8. i)
    100 000,– Kč when the set lowest bid exceeds 1 000 000,– CZK;
  9. h)
    and any higher value bid offered.

All bids must be made in the czech language and in the czech currency.


  1. All of items of auction will be exhibited in ALMA ANTIQUES, Prague 1,
    Valentinska No. 7 on 3rd October –
    8th October 2020 every day from
    10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.


  1. The payments  for auctioned items should be settled, the bidder is charged an auction fee which is set at 15% of the final bid .


  1. The auctioned item will be handed over immediately upon payment of the charges above. If you are unable to collect your item at that time a special date can be individualy arranged.
