Anna Polanská’s vases are crafted from cut glass, onto the surface of which a coloured layer is applied using a special technique. The artist then removes this layer in places, gradually creating a design directly on the surface of the glass. This process cannot be replicated exactly, and each piece is therefore an original with its own unique design, texture and colour scheme.
