About
height 19 cm | Porcelain figure from the turn of the 19th and 20th century from the Meissen manufactory, depicting a noblewoman in a Rococo dress sitting dreamily on a chair. The richly draped dress with a fine pattern and lace details is carefully hand-painted, and the figure rests on a grassy base. The Meissen manufactory began production in 1710 as the very first porcelain factory in Europe. Marked on the underside with the blue crossed swords.
