Title page missing. Initials, vignettes, illustrated plates (preserved only in fragments, but not missing, e.g. a woodcut with the oldest Czech hymn "Hospodine, pomiluj ny" [Lord, have mercy on us], or part of a portrait of Šimon Brosius of Horštejn as provost of the Prague metropolitan chapter). Solid vellum binding, on the spine remains of a manuscript inscription, remnants of textile ties. Printed by Urban Baltazar Goliáš in Prague in 1668. At least 38 leaves missing, chiefly those with copper-engraved illustrations (Caspar Dooms after Karel Škréta), the book is therefore more significantly damaged, including some further leaves and the binding.
